Iran Plata - Cuban Artist Creating Unique Modern Art on Canvas

 

When you add a dash of Dali, a portion of Picasso, the rhythm of Rivera and the Euclid lines of Escher you end up with something called PLATA.

Since his defection from Cuba to Canada in 2006 IRAN PLATA has been hailed as one of the best painters of his generation. Many have commented on his unique style. "Breathtaking", "humble genius", "a master of the palette" are just some of the praise he has received.

He has exhibited in many countries and his work is held in private collections throughout the world.
